Greetings Brothers;
The year is winding down to our last few months for the year. I would like to thank you all for your support for the last 2 years. Things would not have gotten done or good thing would not happen without your support, dedication, & the " I will handle it" attitude. My success comes from each & every one of you. It’s nice to know that I had a great team & group of guys behind. THANK YOU.

I also want to thank everyone that came out this past Wednesday for our Entered Apprentice degree. It went extremely well.
The lodge is also taking nominations for Mason of Year for our Loge. If you have a brother you would like to nominate please let Bill Ford or John Trout know.

Upcoming dates for October are as follows:

Saturday Oct.7th is our monthly breakfast. 7-10am. $6.00 all you can eat. Pass the word.

Wednesday Oct.11th is our annual Camo night/wild game dinner & lodge meeting. Dinner is at 6pm. Have a wild game dish that you would like to share bring it or another dish to share will be helpful. Wear your camo for a group photo. Meeting starts at 7pm.

Wednesday Oct 18th: Is temple board meeting at 5pm. Fellowship to follow afterwards.

Saturday Oct 21st; Monthly spaghetti Dinner 5-630 pm. $6.00 all you can eat. Pass the word.

We come back from being dark on Wednesday September 13th. Meeting starts at 7. Dinner at 6. Let’s call some brothers that haven’t attended lodge and invite them back.

Companions of River Raisin Chapter and Council we will meet Tuesday September 12th at 7pm meeting time.

This Wednesday the 28th at 7pm we will be having a Fellowcraft degree. Please dress accordingly and appropriately for the degree.

Saturday July1st is our monthly breakfast. 7-10.

Brothers please pass the word and make calls. This have a packed house for this degree. Even if only for the first section.

Here is our calendar for the month of June.
Wednesday the 7th: EA degree. Start time is 7:00pm. Brothers please dress appropriately with at is and officers in tuxedos or suits.
Wednesday the 14th: Monthly stated business meeting. We will probably be going dark after this meeting. Dinner at 6. Meeting starts at 7.

There will be no spaghetti dinner this month. Spaghetti dinners will be postponed until September.

River Raisin Chapter and Council:
Tuesday June 13th is our meeting. Dinner at 6pm. Meeting starts at 7pm. Council opens first. Wear purple coats.

Pass the word and phone other brothers and ask them to attend.

Entered Apprentice Degree

Hello Brothers,

Worshipful Master Charles Moutoux invites everyone to Monroe Lodge 27 on Wednesday, June 7th at 7pm for an EA Degree. There is plenty of time to call a Brother who hasn’t been to lodge in awhile and bring him with you. Dress code is shirt/tie minimun, Officers wear your tuxedos. It is always a great night when we bring a new member into the light.

Greetings Brothers; Here is our calendar for the month of April.

Wed.April 12 is our monthly meeting. Meeting at 7. Dinner at 6. This is our 2nd annual Baseball Team night. Wear you tea, shirt or jersey. I will be wearing my champion shirt. I ask that officers & brothers bring a dessert to share. Pass the word & dress appropiately.

Saturday April 15 5-630 is our monthly spaghetti dinner. Bring your friends family & neighbors. We had a good turn out last month. Let’s do it again.

Wed April 19 is Temple Board at 5:00 pm Fellowship to follow.

Wed April 26 is fellowship.

Saturday May 6 is our monthly Breakfast. 7-930. Pass the word.

Also this month is our Child Id Program at the Mall of Monroe on April 29.

RIVER RAISIN CHAPTER #22 & COUNCIL #4;

Tuesday April 11 is our monthly meeting. Dinner at 6. Council opens. We will install officers for Chapter.

MONROE COMMANDERY 19

Our next meeting is Thursday May 4th. Dinner at 6. Meeting at 7. We will have installation of new officers as well.

We had a great turn out for our breakfast this past Saturday. Thanks to all that came out & the brothers who helped out.

This Wednesday the 8th at 7pm is our monthly meeting. Dinner is at 6pm. Brother Joe Swartwood is preparing a good dinner for us again. I ask that officers & brothers please bring a dessert to share. Brothers please dress approprietly.

Here is our list of events for the lodge these next couple weeks.
Wednesday February 1st.–Fellowship & Degree practice.
Saturday February 4th–Our monthly country breakfast 7-10 am.
Wednesday February 8th is our monthly meeting at 7pm. Dinner at 6. I ask that a few brothers & officers please bring a dessert to share.

Monroe Commandery #19.
Our state monthly meeting will be held this Thursday February 2nd at 7pm. Dinner at 6pm.

River Raisin Chapter #22 7 Council #4:

Our monthly meeting will be Tuesday February 14th at 7pm. Dinner at 6pm. Purple coat opens.

For our new canidates for Chapter & Council; It will be held at the Flint Masonic Temple. 755 Saginaw St. Flint Mi 48502.
First degree starts at 8am. I would advise canidates to show up at least 30 minutes early.
I plan on attending.

I will see everyone in Lodge & at the degree day.

Happy New Years Brothers.

I hope everyone had a good Holiday Season.
Here is a list of events that are happening the month of January.

Wednesday Jan.4th. Fellowship. Please take note. I will visiting Samaria Lodge with some other brothers for there meeting this day. All are welcome to attend. There meeting starts at 7pm. I plan on being there around 6:45. It would be great to have a lot of our lodge there in attendance. I have something in the works that will be fun that I thought of at the last minute. Details to follow at our meeting.

Saturday Jan.7th: Our monthly country breakfast from 7-10. Bring your friends, family & neighbors.

Wednesday Jan.11th; Our monthly meeting. Our new officers will be taking there new chairs & we will be planning out our year. Dinner at 6pm & meeting starts @ 7pm. I will see everyone there & properly dressed.

Wednesday Jan.18th & 25th: Fellowship and/or Degree night and/or degree practice for the new officers or existing officers.

I will be sending out a letter to all our membership about the events, dates an other news about this coming year. Stay tuned.

Rive Raisin Chapter & Council Members:

Our monthly meeting will be on Tuesday January 10th @ 7pm. Red coats open.

Monroe Commandery #19

Our meeting is this Thursday at 7pm at Samaria Lodge. Bring your swords. If we have enough Sir Knights we will do a long form opening. We need to have those on the books.

I will see everyone in the Lodges this month at the meetings. For those that haven’t attended in awhile how about starting the New Year off with a visit to your lodge & attending a meeting in all the masonic bodies you belong too?
